The integrated docking solution combines an inflatable dock shelter, a telescopic lip leveller, and an automated vehicle restraint to ensure safe, efficient and climate-controlled loading. The vehicle docks in the correct position, after which the inflatable shelter creates an airtight seal. Only then are the trailer doors opened, preventing energy loss. The telescopic lip leveller enables safe, efficient loading while the vehicle restraint keeps the trailer secured. During batch loading, the dock stays fully sealed, protecting staff and goods from temperature changes, contamination, and draughts and also under windy conditions.
