The Stertil Closed Door Docking System TM
The integrated docking solution combines an inflatable dock shelter, a telescopic lip leveller, and an automated vehicle restraint to ensure safe, efficient and climate-controlled loading. The vehicle is accurately positioned so that the shelters form an airtight seal before the trailer doors are opened, minimising energy loss and protecting goods. During batch loading, the dock remains sealed while warehouse staff work inside, reducing exposure to heat, cold, and contaminations. Even in windy conditions, the controlled docking sequence limits draught and prevents unwanted air exchange.
The Stepped Frame telescopic lip leveller is the most advanced Stertil Dock Products leveller solution to quickly dock vehicles without opening the trailer doors.
